i went to buy cds and a stereo , finding the store was kind of hard however going inside was well worth it .
not only did they have car accessories such as neons and speakers but their cd range was very very good , they were missing some cds i intended to purchase but placed orders for the ones i wanted .

This store is off the beaten track for most but one of the earliest JB stores around apparently. The staff seem expert enough but not very warm. The store is very cramped and lighting is appalling.
There's heaps of music and a plethora of gadgetry but more accessible staff might be able to explain their use.

sorry but I think the staff are very helpful and friendly. There has always been plenty there when I pop in. They may be hard to pick out as they are dressed like the customers but you can pick them out by the ID tags they wear around their neck. Hope you have a better experience next time.
We have always bought our TV's and other entertainment from JB Hi Fi. They match any price, they have experienced staff who know the product and can always offer expert advice. The staff are always friendly and happy to help even if you bring something back because your not sure how it works, which I did once. They proceeded to put it together in the store and show me how to use it. The service is excellent and I will always continue to give them my custom

JB offers a great range of CD's and DVD's, which is something that's important to me as a customer. The store often has imports as well which means that you can get your hands on an item that would otherwise be difficult. Another great thing is that JB offers a lot of discounted CD's as stock is constantly marked down. This is awesome as you can often pick up releases at below cost. The fact that you can also purchases consoles, entertainment equipment etc makes it an even better proposition.
The selection of cd's at JB HIFI never fails to astound me. The staff are helpful and know their role and responsibilities. the prices are incredible i bought a double cd of "The essential journey", 36 tracks for under $10. Anyone who knows journey knows this is a fantastic purchase. At another retailer it was over double the price.
