I ordered items online for delivery on the 24 Nov 2022. It stated that I would receive the items by 30 Nov 2022. It has only been dispatched on the 2 Dec 2022.
I have attempted to use their Chat function twice waiting in que from position 38 down 7 and then being kicked off the chat only having to start in the chat again.
I'm now on hold which has already been hung up on once.
All this time and effort to get a tracking number and save a few dollars.
It's not worth the frustration and poor service.
I should have purchased from PC Gear.
Don't buy from JB Hi Fi online.

Place was great, staff was great, atmosphere was great, everything was just overall great! Well, everything except one thing, the price is a lot! Just keep that in mind if you buy from here!

I love this store. My favourite place to shop. Even if to just browse and purchase stuff in my mind. When I do buy DVDs and music CDs and other electronic goods from time to time JB Hi-Fi is my first stop. They can get really busy at times so service isn't always immediate but staff are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are usually the best around for DVDs and CDs. Computer hard drives they aren't the cheapest around but for most other electronic gear they usually are.

My husband loves JB Hi Fi, he loves his music, having been given JB vouchers for his birthday he went shopping here recently. Good sales, good helpful service, big store.

They had the mini-hi-fi system that was on sale that we were looking for at a bargain price so we bought it from them after shopping around Westfield Hornsby.

I love this shop. Always one of the first few i always shop at and have a look around when i need new electronic equipment. They have brilliant costumer service and when purchasing several items or expensive items they can do great deals. They always have the latest new consoles and other electronics with awesome deals and sales all the time.

I hate having to show my bag as I leave. I don't like be treated like a potential criminal when I go into a store.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions or help you find something. Prices are great and they'll order things in if you ask them.

Customer service is great with good knowledge. Sometimes the queues can be long.Lots of good bargains.

enjoy the variety of movies and music they have to offer, wish they had more box sets although its quite goood.
