I'm a regular at this store and have enjoyed the low prices for quiet some time. Their lines are fast moving and staff at the registers are very efficient. The problem I've found is the ground sales people are usually very unhelpful unless a customer is looking to spend big.
Staff are quite knowledgeable but thin on the ground, you stand around a lot waiting to be served. Spoke to two different people over the weekend and one completely forgot to tell me about the sale item whilst the other pointed it out straight away.

I love the products they sell in store as they are rather cheap and affordable. However I find the people behind the counter rather rude and disinterested whilst you are being served. But that's about the only negative I have with jb hi fi.
The shop was crowded, so sometimes it was hard to get attendance, but the prices were great and the service was good too. The shop layout was easy to figure out also. You could see straight away were everything was.
The range is good, but not as great as at some of the other stores. There never seems to be quite enough staff, so if you know what you're looking for you're ok, but if you need help you might be waiting. Value for money is good, they'll often do a deal, or throw something extra in.
