Their prices are always great and they always have the latest Cd's that have just come out. Their electronics are usually of good quality and i usually buy a lot video games form them. :)
the sales assistant provided me with all the information i needed when i was purchasing a gps. very helpful and was willing to drop the price for me cause i was paying cash.

They have a huge range of DVDs and games. Their staff have good knowledge of technology - tvs, cameras, computers.
They are up to date with the latest releases of DVD/Cds. Have great collection of older ones as well. Is hard to get a staff person to help you but when you do they are very knowledgable.
