Today i had the pleasure of having the most obliging person to help me out. Her name being Emillee. I purchased a phone Samsung and Emillee had all the patients with me as i am 77yrs of age and not very tech minded. She went through and helped me out soooo much i have a million thank yous i would like to pass onto her. EMILLEE THANK YOU.

Terrible service. Took a unit for repair (still under warranty). The day we hand over the unit to JBHF in Browns Plains were advised that they were able to replicate the fault. Got a written report that the unit has progress to stage 2 (accepted faulty unit and sent for repair). After 2 months of calling every week I was told that the unit can not be tested at store as they don't have the means to do so.
Unit returned to me saying that unit was not faulty.

Won’t be going back rude staff when you can actually get someone to acknowledge your existence in the store. Lack of professionalism and knowledge of the products service was just terrible.

Purchased a laptop aswell as monitors and other accessories to get home and find that they hadn’t sold me the correct cables. Quick to upsell additional accessories and products but not helpful afterwards with assisting in providing correct cables. Once money has been spent they really don’t care

Got my IPhone 12 Pro Max delivered today after my 6s plus gave up on me. Went to local stores like JB, Good Guys and Office Works, none had stock in the near future I was told. Not giving up, I rang JB Browns Plains to see if one can be ordered through the store. To my surprised, Justine managed to find one, put in the "basket" and sent me the link to pay, even better was that there was forty dollars off as well. Once again, thank Justine for your great service and please continue to do so. You saved me a lot of running around.

It may be difficult to find someone to help you in store but their after sales service is impeccable.

When I went looking for a new gas stove my criteria was fan forced & electric ignition.

Due to a glitch in a new computer system we were delivered a natural gas stove instead of an LPG one. They were quick to organise a replacement when I realised that although it had electric ignition there was no oven light. Albre the store manager was happy to let me upgrade the replacement.
The day my new stove was installed I went to use the oven, only to find it was not fan forced. I was disappointed but not angry so I called the store just to let them know, not expecting that anything could be done as it was installed. I received a call the next day offering to replace the stove with one that met my criteria and that they would pay for the disconnection & re-installation as Albre wanted to be sure I was happy with my purchase.

All the staff I spoke to & dealt with were wonderful & bent over backward to make sure I got exactly what I wanted & that I was happy with my purchase. I can't thank them enough. Old fashioned service like this deserves to be acknowledged & recommended and I definitely recommend making your next purchase from JB Hi Fi Browns Plains.

They answered all my questian's, tried in every way to be helpful, were the happiest, friendliest bunch of people in any electronics store I have been to. I got a great deal and ongoing service was great too, even over the phone.
