what an easy service this is. very easy website to navigate and find what you need. Great graphics on the site. the postage took longer than anticipated but arrived just in time for the gift to be given.

I have bought 2 items online from JB Hi Fi. The first was Jack Johnson's CD and it took longer than expected to get to me and when it got to me, it was snapped in the post. I had to return it and wait again for the CD to be sent out. Next I bought a DVD, this came with the inside circle that clicks the DVD in to hold it snapped. The DVD was flitting around in the case - so again broken and it took so long to receive. Also, I looked online for a CD then had time to run up in my lunch break and the CD was actually $10 more online than in the store....Wouldn't use the online store again.

JB hi-fi online has been reasonable good, i ordered the carnivale DVD sets 1 and 2 for my dad, and was not happy when they shipped out one series without the second series. Then i was told that the second series was out of stock? I was happy with other dealing buying signed cd's and such, good delivery, communication could be improved though

Mixed results purchasing CD . Recent release however I expected within a few days and product is still not in stock after more than a week. Their notification process is also minimal so difficult to know when to expect delivery all you know is they have your order and payment. Their email response has been ok but lacking in any information.
