Took my car in for a full service and tyre check (I have low profile tyres). They replaced my braking system and did a 'thorough service' at a very low price (that should have been a tip off).

I took it home and the next morning my back wheels were screaming (turns out they were not machined) and within 3 weeks my 5 year old Mazda 3 would not start at all (turning but not igniting). When I called up to explain what had happened, I was informed that they would not be able to see my car for at least a week.

Needless to say I would never take my car back there.

Approximate cost: $200

Hi Elle83, thanks for sharing your less than optimal experience. While it may be seen as an encouraging sign that the business in question has left a message for you to contact them in relation to this matter, whether or not the matter is resolved to your satisfaction (and is not just a publicity stunt) remains to be seen. Having said this however we would like to encourage you to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what resolution they are prepared to offer. We also request that you keep the WOMO community updated with any development that may arise, positive or negative. Hi Reeces,
Unfortunately, Jax' feedback was a case of too little too late. I have since moved out of the area and have had no intention of driving the 50 minutes to go back.
To be honest, I contacted them twice after my car went in - once to complain about the squealing, and the second about the not starting and was dismissed both times. Although they were polite, it wasn't dealt with in the timely manner that was required.
I do however appreciate the efforts they made via WOMO - even if it was 2 and a half years later.

I last had my car serviced there and I had asked them to check the headlights, it hadn't been done so I rang up and they did that extra service for free.
Have been a regular customer for many years and are comfortable asking questions.

Been there several times for wheels and tyres on both my cars. Their prices on wheels and tyres are a lot better than other tyre shops and they have a very good range. They also include wheel alignment when you purchase a set of tyres.

The man I had on the service desk was great, very honest and helpful. Prices are listed behind the counter. My car suddenly got a funny sound so drove straight in and they looked at it straight away. Rang me when they knew what needed doing before proceeding with anything. Turned out to be my oil switch, but I had a service at the same time. Ready by mid to late afternoon same day
