He's a genuine, honest and highly skilled watchmaker who I'll always take my precious timepieces to.
Much better than many others, who are overpriced and "overbusy" aka really annoying and outlandish with their pricing.

I have been taking my hand watches to this business in Melbourne for over 30 years. Adjusting, cleaning, battery replacements, metal watchband repairs and maintenance all carried out efficiently and effectively, at a lower price than quoted elsewhere in the city of Melbourne. Michael now appears to run the business. I recommend him and his work without qualification. (November 2022)

Excellent - old school service and wealth of knowledge. Wouldn't go anywhere else for watch repairs, cleans, batteries, etc.

I have taken my watch to them twice and could not fault the service. They were courteous, helpful, and efficient in doing the job quickly as I had come from the country.

I took my Raymond Weil watch in to be cleaned, pressure tested, battery replaced, crown and hand repair. I waited 4 weeks to get the watch back. I had to constantly contact them even after they said they would give me a call with an update on where the replacement hands were at. Picked up watch prior to hands arriving as I figured a month was enough and they could just call me when the hands arrived and I'd take the watch back for them to be installed. 2 months later - no word on the hands. Watch has since leaked and the crown has also fallen off. You've been warned.

I went into Gucci to get a battery replacement for my Gucci watch and was recommended this place - I can see why Gucci recommends it to their customers. They were able to replace my battery on the spot, it only cost $15 (much less than I have been charged previously at department store watch repairs), and the service was extremely friendly. They really seem to care about fixing watches!The store is full of watches, clocks and looks like it is in a time warp from 40 years ago!
