So, I went home found my receipt and called number,no response.Then, I wrote a letter hoping someone would be collecting the mail.Luckily,they were,Ken rang me immediately.Informed of this kiosk in Southland to return my ring and not only did he replace the diamond for the ring for free he also polished it for free with a smile.
