Freezer had stopped working, no idea who to call, checked WOMO and found Insta Cool, pleasant, helpfull and courteous, explained food was defrosting rapidly, he came within 3 hrs, advised that it needed re-gassing but because of its age he couldn't say it would last, will call him again and recommend to everyone I know

Freezer section of fridge stopped working, I called these guys and Siva came same day after 5pm looked at the fridge and knew what was wrong. He went the next day and picked up the part required and came back and installed it after 5pm also. There was no call out fee . parts and labor charged only. The great thing is that he had a sense of urgency in regards to the repair as he knew that we needed the fridge up and running ASAP.
