There are many layers to be found, stripped, expressed and exposed long before we drop the facade. Only those who have experienced an emotion, an event or a problem have a true understanding and empathy of what is being expressed by the other person. How do you thank someone who has helped you find your own voice? I used to grab my throat as though I was shielding it from over exposure; how do I thank him for gently placing my hands in my lap? It can only be said that there are few people in our lives that touch our lives, be it in friendships, relationships or other prominent relationships that we have paid for but, it has not diminished the importance of that 'area'. In fact, it is more important to find the right therapist or psychologist. You are paying for him to sooth your mind, body and soul. Only someone in touch with wisdom, life experiences, knowledge and a natural ability to guide our fragility is worthy of this appointment. After years, time, money, heartache and disappointment did I finally find what was simply right for me; soft therapy and massage by Peter who has fixed what I believed was non repairable; my soul!
