We are a professional firm with thousands of satisfied customers. The choice of words and derogatory language used indicates the type of person we were dealing with. I will address each issue that has been alleged individually: The form that we were requested to sign asked for information that Ben could not substantiate. We will not sign forms confirming income and assets that not only cant be proved but from the information we have is obviously misstated. This would be fraudulent on our part. There was no error in the tax return but rather an error in health cover taken out by Ben. In the meeting notes we have Ben confirming that he had hospital cover. When the information was provided he never had private hospital cover. We cant be blamed for the tax he has to pay for having the incorrect health cover. We did decrease the bill because after billing out the time spent on the return Ben reminded me that we had quoted on the return and I immediately reduced the bill to the agreed amount.
