We had two quotes for two house given by these guys, While the person who came out was pleasant and knew his stuff, the quote itself was handwritten on top of some computerised drawings which were printed out. No breakdown of cost, no total price given for the whole job and it wasn't even possible to work out what was included. Not good enough, we will go somewhere else.
