I had an appointment booked for the 10am Wednesday 4 October, I show up and they are permanently closed without telling any of their clients!! I even got a confirmation text on Monday the 2nd of October to confirm my appointment. I tried calling the number and it said it wasn’t connected, and they have gotten rid of their social media accounts! Not sure why they are shut, but no matter the reason for shutting they should always let people know! Especially when people have events on and need to have their hair done. Very very unprofessional.

I have come here and taken the kids here for haircuts a few times! The staff have been great and squeezed me in a few times, as it was only a basic hair cut or a trim! They do prefer you make an appointment as it is quite busy during the day though.

They also offer a day spa here and and they have quite a few specials listed outside the entrance!

Great kids haircuts. Only charge $10 for kids hair cuts i get my son and daughter's hair both cut here. The staff are very friendly and listen to the kids. Definitely need to book in advance.

I have only been here once and I dont plan to come back any time soon. I asking my hairdresser politely for a specific cut but she insisted i do something that suits my face better.. long story short, the style did not suit me at all.

I was pleased with my first visit so i did re visit the salon but the second time I asked for semi permanent waves to put into my hair. SO disappointed with the result because i left the salon with a disgusting Perm, not waves but a perm. He told me it would soften out in a few days but never did. Have never been back since. Friendly service but the finished product is more important to me and I was very disappointed.

Quality is average though I expected much more, I got my hair straightened permanently and It didn't last more then 1 week which was dissapointing, customer service is friendly though the actual work is not great based on my experience, quite pricey too,

would never go to this place again. i had the new girl that is second in charge there. all i wanted was a cut and wash. i cant see what she has done to the back of my hair but i really dont want to see it after what she did to my fringe. she was ment to cut it so it sat on the side and she kind of cut it straight across and really think this was in may and im still having to pin it back so no one sees it. i said to her what did u do and she said dont worrie about it, it will grow back really fast. and i still had to pay for it. plus they are really high in price for out west. . i would never go here again. i dont think any of these girls have done there 4 years at tafe.

Lovely haircut - better than I expected and really great value for money. Hairdressers were very experienced, good to talk to. Open til late on Thursday nights with the rest of the mall.

An overall wonderful experience with lovely and friendly staff. There wasnt more they could do for me. I felt really at home and relaxed and thouroughly enjoyed the whole experience. A great escape from reality!
