We have had their Naked DSL for a while now. Excellent provider - never have any drop outs and the staff are very helpful and you never have to wait long to get through to tech support. Great value.

Very reliable and fast internet access, I have Naked DSL and it has saved me a lot of money over the years. At only $79.95/month for internet and VoIP including National Calls it would have to be one of the best deals available. I have been with iiNet now for over 3 years and haven't looked back.

I have been using the naked DSL for nearly 2 years now. There were some initial hiccups in setting up the connections, but for most part it has worked well. We had to ask them to reset the connection on 3 separate occasions in the last 2 years, but once it is up an running there are no issues. The speed it good too.

I've maintained a Naked DSL plan with iiNet for over 2 years now. They have THE BEST customer service team without fail. And for someone to say this in the telco industry is not a common thing at all!

This ISP is awesome! I really trust that this is the best ISP in Australia. The connection is always very good. Also, the support staff are very helpful whenever I have some problem. Also, I really appreciated when they increase the monthly download quota without additional cost. I had mine upgraded twice for free, and really makes me happy to download without having to worry of monthly quota. Excellent!

They charged me rent for a phone that didnt exist after many calls of complaint they told me that i would have to return a phone to telstra in order to stop the charges i didnt even hold an account with telstra my phone was through iinet as well as internet eventually i got a phone off someone that workedd for telstra and returned it to a telstra shop as directed by iinet and they still charged me the rental I disconnected their services as soon as the contract ended and will never use them again if they were the last ISP in the world i would give up usig the internet
