They replaced the screen on my Iphone which continued to have a problem so I took it back and they replaced the screen no questions asked. Problem sorted within a few hours. Thanks idoc

I payed to have my Iphone 6 Plus' battery replaced.
He completed it, but! The front facing camera and ear piece was not working when I got my phone back. I took it back to him immediately and he responded with "its not my problem, its your fault".
Then he tried charging me $40 to fix it!

I was so annoyed but I couldn't prove it was him. This phone had been working perfectly for years, until IDOC touched it.
I ended up buying a new phone and selling my 6plus to a Professional who repairs these phones. I was told "the guy who fixed your phone had broken the cable, thats why the camera and ear piece aren't working".

I now know to avoid IDOC because he is a snake! He actually tried to charge me for something that was his fault!

Stay away from this place, there are much more professional and honest places out there.

I am certainly no techie, but these guys were amazing and gave excellent service and advice and got everything done quickly and efficiently. I had to get my iPhone 4 screen repaired after the entire front shattered when I dropped it (admittedly,with no hard case but it looks so much prettier without the bulk) and these guys offered me the cheapest quote out of all the venues I contacted. The asian guy, Nathan, working the shop when I dropped in told me that he could fix it within the hour and even fixed another component damaged by the break for free. They were absolutely amazing to work with, and I'd definitely go back to them and wouldn't hesitate to make a reccomendation.
