I've been meaning to write to you since we finished the instal of our Hypercuby training room at Rocky Hall RFS NSW fire shed last year.
The building is fantastic, everything fits together so precisely and the quality of the components is better than I expected. There were always plenty of the screws, nuts and bolts and other fastners and adhesives etc so we didn't have to be concerned about losing a few or breaking a few here and there.

It was assembled by volunteers with the skills of a good handyman at best.
The only problems we had were when we didn't follow the instructions properly. Then your staff were always available on the phone to help out.
The integrity, weather tightness and insulation levels are first class.
I would be happy to recommend your products to anybody.

I have read the other reviews but my experience was a favourable one. The building went together well and is suitable for small cabin/storage shed. I like the strength of the building and that the steel construction would negate termite and mould issues in the future. There was a small initial delivery delay due to school holidays and severe weather conditions. The taxi truck delivered to a remote location and the driver helped me offload the pallet and materials which took about 30 minutes (offloading one item at a time, leaning panels against steel tank). Heavy beams were offloaded straight to the ground. The build was a challenge for me by myself but I followed the instructions and video and finished it. I used heavy duty ropes to lift top beams into place and also to securely catch the roof panels that I pushed up and over. Would have been way easier with a strong second person helping. A steel trestle table was a helpful aid. Tall ladder was needed later to access the roof. I think it would be useful to be someone familiar with small building projects and power tools to complete this task as you need to be competent to measure and cut materials. I really enjoy the insulation included with the building and I like the hinged door that can be locked. Ryobi tools done the job but Makita could have been better as I believe they have more torque. The steel cutting saw blade for the power saw made cutting the panels an easy job. Communication from the company has always been friendly and professional. Satisfied customer. 2.4x3.95

The before sale service is good, the after sales service is terrible. The payment was supposed to be 10% deposit 40% before production and 50% delivery, was put on the spot and had to pay the last 90% before shipping. Had to unload the delivery truck myself, but one if the 3 palletts was missing I rang them to ask what is going on and magically an hour later it turned up.
This last pallet turned up damaged due to their packaging and they blamed if on the delivery company. But how can half the skirting boards that were packed in the middle of the huge steel be the delivery companies fault for being snapped and broken. All the facing are warped and not suitable to put on the the building and all the out steal beam lots of the powered coating have come of and now all the beams have rusted . As soon as I receive the pallet I photograph it all and send the photos to them straight away.
Their response just bash it out with a hammer and use the touch up paint the is the wrong colour on the powered costed beams and to just cut up the broken skirting board and use the parts that aren't broken and they "supplied more them what is needed". Unfortunately for a 5m long build that will not cut it.
My partner read this response and decided to look through all of the products to and see if there was anything else that was damaged and there was, so my partner sent them an email with some photos only to received the same response I got but it more writing.

This is a company I would never recommend to anyone,as once they have your money they do not care if they give you damaged building products.
Also the average everyday person couldn't put this together. You actually need building knowledge and an electrician to be able to put this together

I would not recommend this business. The product was misrepresented. The synthetic water proof floors that were promised turned out to be yellow tongue flooring with a vinyl covering to be placed on top. This was far from the weather, water proof product we were promised and meant that we could not put the floor in before the ceiling panels because of rain and moisture issues. The advice regarding construction was totally misrepresented, and was at odds with what we were told by phone before we bought the product. We were told that it could be built by two inexperienced people with no specialised tools and home use ladders. This initial advice was also contradicted by the owner when we rang to complain. Safety issues were misconstrued and we had one worker hurt while attempting the construction. The heights were such that they required us to hire professional builders trestles and planks, despite the manual depicting a diagram of two people on step ladders. The manuals did not arrive until after we had paid in full. I can tell you that if we had been able to see it in advance we would not have touched this product with a barge pole. We explained our situation to the salesman; and despite the fact he was made aware that I was recovering from chemotherapy and that the cabin was to be erected on a rural block without power- he still recommended it. We were not able to lift the roof beams and ceiling panels as they were far heavier and more awkward than what we had been assured. There were no builders available in this area and we had to again hire a truck operated crane to do some of the lifting. The situation was made even more dangerous because there was so little overlap on the side of each ceiling panel to slot safely into place. One of them came crashing down, and as a result was bent and damaged. There was no provision to return the product after the pack arrived. We were also told that the flat pack could be hand unloaded when delivered, but not to tell the person who was transporting it, that this was what the company had said. This was absolute rubbish and we had to hire a truck with a crane to unload for us ; although I will add that Hypercuby did compensate our cost in this regard. The whole experience has been extremely upsetting and we have still not completed this allegedly simple project all these weeks later.
