Dr Nicholas Moncrieff at Hunter Plastic Surgery has changed my life. Not only is he a brilliant surgeon but he is also a really friendly and positive person. Pre op we discussed good realistic results and he really listened to my concerns, expectations and wishes and took the time to explain the whole process to make sure I was completely prepared for the operation. The rest of the team that work with Dr Moncrieff are just as fantastic from the Nurses to the Receptionists, they are all so positive and friendly and really make your experience a good one. The care I received post op was also really good and I can honestly say that you can barely even see a scar because of how well Dr Moncrieff works. I was so happy with the work that was done for my Breast Reduction and Lift that I returned to organise additional treatment. I would recommend Dr Moncrieff and the team at Hunter Plastic Surgery to any looking to have any work done. My confidence and self esteem are at an all time high now and I couldn't be happier.

I had a breast augmentation surgery done by Dr Avery, one of the two surgeons at Hunter Plastic Surgery. The surgery itself was a few months ago however I have been back there several times since for after care and follow up appointments. I was so very happy with the level of customer service and care I received, the doctor, nurses, and the admin and reception staff that I encountered over the course of a few months were all just lovely and really caring. They provided much more follow up care than I would have expected from your typical surgeon, the price I paid for my surgery also included follow up appointments and after care for weeks afterwards, such as having dressings changed, drainage bags checked and changed and removed and even after all the dressings were removed and everything was healing up they still checked me a few more times just to ensure I was healing properly and that I wasn't having any more problems. The nurses who were changing my dressings were very gentle and also very mindful not to embarrass me helping me protect my modesty by placing towels over me when checking my dressings when I seemed embarrassed. The staff were very patient and happy to answer my many phone inquiries. The waiting room is comfortable with a range of before and after pictures in some discreet books to refer to as a guide, and there is a complimentary automatic coffee machine too which is great! I was touched when my surgeon came to visit me after my surgery in my hospital room to check that I was feeling okay, even though he had just finished a very long day of surgeries. This place was just wonderful and all the staff and the surgeon were very kind and helpful. As for the results of the procedure itself I was very pleased, it met my expectations and the incisions were very small and neat, I had no infections or problems after my surgery and my scars have healed very well and are barely visible after only a few months.
