While the medical world is at its busiest it is a delight when one comes across a person on the phone who is courteous and caring. Went to the Newcastle West centre, had a CT scan and a month later they still hadn't completed and forwarded a report to me referring a specialist.

Went to both the toronto and cardiff practices for an xray and MRI.. on both occasions they were fantastic.. helping me fill in paper work and making sure i was okay due to being a bit freaked out as i had never had an MRI before.. they talked me through what was happening and what they needed to do to make it the best possible experience out of the scenario :)

Went here for an x ray on my fingers and they where very care full in dealing with them, lovely staff.
