Inexpensive, quality meals, served in a casual environment. Staff are always delightful and place has a good vibe.
High quality fish served up in a delicious and healthy way, with tasty salads. Only negative I have, is that it can get quite noisy inside as is very popular and the heating outside can be uncomfortable

Don't bother with the burgers they're no good and my husband just found a long black hair in his and when he complained they denied it. My husband has no hair and I'm blonde. They refused to give a refund because he had eaten half of it. They did cook him another one but who would enjoy that. Very over priced greaso's.

''The grilled fish'' is the best. Fresh fish lightly grilled with salad mixed with some walnut. you could choose to have chips or Brown rice. It's around $13, quite reasonable price to have such a healthy dish. The service is excellent too.

This is a place that makes the best chips and potato cakes the calamari is delicious. The service is fantastic they really look after you. The owner makes it his business to look after the customers which we appreciated while eating there. Kids love the food after a swim

Fish, chips and wine - it's a dream come true! I got the fish & chip pack for one, which was about $10 and just the right size. Great chilled atmosphere and excellent, friendly service.

This place is worth the hype. The fish is delicious. I always get the grilled fish pack with rice and salad. The atmosphere is always really fun. Can get very busy on warm nights.

for fish and chips - there is nothing better than HD - generous portion sizes, reasonably priced, good atmosphere for the whole family and sometimes live music! Very friendly service. The fish is consistently good here.

Awesome spot for some fish and chips, its not like your normal fish and chip places, Hunky Dory has always provided excellent service and great food!. They have tables out the front for a nice evening in the evening sun to enjoy your dinner. They have a healthy menu with grilled fish on brown rice with salad all the way up to the not so healthy but delicious potato cakes. All the food ive had from here has been fantastic, even when you get take away by the time you get it home they arent soggy chips as they put them in boxes not wrapped in butchers paper like others. All up a fantasic spot for sit in and takeaway fish and chips + burgers :).
