Excellent service. Staff were well informed and when asked to have burgers with no onions there was no mix-ups (which often happens at other stores).

i saw the ad for the new burger and decided to try it yesterday. but when i got to hungry jacks, all the staff there just look bored and tired and not friendly at all. the burger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for sometime.

this is not the first time that i have experience this from HJ and they need to improve their customer service and food
