Ordered a Bacon deluxe with extras and a Oreo storm delivered only to open then bag to find a storm and a orange juice, messaged menulog said it wasn't they're fault and due to history of the account (even though we just made the account and moved in to the area like a week ago) they can't do anything about it, called up and spoke to the manager there Tom (complete asshole btw) that started arguing with me saying menulog are the only ones that can do anything about it even though hjs are the ones that packed the wrong order, got pictures of the receipt and what was in the bag and all, anyway he gave me munulogs number, got the same thing from them again, definitely won't be going here again, complete rip off.

Like would've just been happy if I could get a replacement burger that I didn't get btw in store but nah, old mate hates his life

Visited here with my family to get a drink and have a play, service was discusting we stood waiting for the lady too even look at us and say something, nope nothing, just walking around doing other stuff, finally when we got served after 5 minutes at least we get a quick sorry for the wait she was moody and just had no customer service skills. We got our drinks and went to sit outside there was rubbish everywhere it was so grotty and dirty so we decided to leave. Dont think we will come back again.

Very busy but very fast service. Friendly enough and HJ's prices are always great. An overall clean store. I got the huuuungrrrrys! I will be returning for sure.

it was really bad i waited for 15 mins in the car park till i got my order and when i got it my food was cold and they didnt give me a straw or a spoon!!! the staff are always young 14-16 year olds that really dont care about customer service!

THere is often too much of a delay for counter service because the focus seems to be on driveway service. Staff ae not vigilant in identifying who is next in line for service.
