there can be improvements in some areas, for example the drive through maybe to make it more friendly have a screen that shows the price and you order. and the front desk has better service than then the drive through. but overall still good.

Aspley Restaurant is a great dining facility but they dining area doesn't reflect on their food as the chips are always half full and they always have so many staff on with so little customers but why do take doesn't long giving the food out. My Favorite part of the Aspley Restaurant is Free refills.

It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru on Saturday night - is that reasonable for a dinner? I agree that packaging is not full - for the prices anyway. Staff are usually friendly but seem stressed.

I'm continually disappointed with Aspley. The chip packets are often three-quarters full, drink containers are not completely full and waiting times in the drive thru can leave a lot to be desired. Price increases didn't correspond to increased quality of meals or service. If it didn't taste so damn good, I'd be taking my business elsewhere. If you have a complaint and put it through their website, they probably won't respond - over a couple of years, I've submitted three or four and have not been contacted as a courtesy once.
