I must be an idiot as I returned again after a fair time, waited in drive through for 15 minutes, upon arrival home discovered one hamburger was just luke warm the other had an entire thick slice of raw onion (nearly 0.5 inch thick) and was stone cold.

I definitely will NOT be returning. When I rang their Customer Service line at 4.25pm I received a recording providing an option to leave a message,

I was given half of the order and when I approached the Duty Manager to explain the situation, there were sighs, no apologies - I was made feel the nuisance. Definite need to improve their Customer Service skills. I have been short supplied on 3 previous occasions - wonder if there is a method in their "stealing" HAD stopped going there, will not be returning at all

Over a period of 2 years I have visited this supplier three occasions to find that the food is luke warm, sundaes half sized with no topping, incomplete order. Would definitely avoid.
