There were only 2 people in front of me in the line and it took 10 minutes to be served. My order wasn't straight forward, I removed mayo, onions and pickles from my burger, but when I received it it had mayo on it. They happily changed the burger.

I have always prefered hungry jacks over any other fast food joint. Although sometimes their customer service isn't 100% great their food taste better and they offer healthier and vegetarian meals. I think they offer a decent price for their meals and their burgers are decent in size. They are more value conscience then their fellow competetors.

I really hate this Hungry jacks, Every time we go there my burger is wrong and has to be taken back. The french fries are usually old and the staff are incompetent. We refuse to go there anymore.
