Visited Hudsons coffee in Melbourne Airport recently and paid $5 for one of the best coffees I have had to date. The girls and one boy I did see that work there are so polite and efficient! and all of them had smiles on their faces! Overall it was clean and tidy and not to busy at all (surprising for an airport at 10am on a monday!) If i find myself travelling in the future I will certainly go back for another latte!

I buy at least a cu of coffee a day from these guys and it is only a lack of reasonable competition and a loyalty card that keeps me going back. The staff really don't care and change frequently and the coffee is just average chain store type stuff but it helps the caffeine addiction at bay.

Staff were pretty meh. The iced mocha was a perfect pre flight drink on the other hand. Quite tasty. Shame the staff member barely said a word to me when ordering. Maybe they concentrate more on making the drinks.

Staff seem as though they would rather be elsewhere, poor service but must say the quality of the coffee is pretty good, so I guess I would go back!
