Skip going to Hoyts Penrith . It's filthy and what's worse it's smelly. Not worth it . Find something else to do with your hard earned money.

Approximate cost: $50

I rarely get the opportunity to go to the movies but went in support of a fundraising night.
Front staff didn't know how to process the tickets I had purchased and tried to tell me the movie wasn't on for another 3 hours which they'd swap my tickets for because the fundraiser was actually 3 days before ( wrong event) I was stunned as the information was clearly on the ticket
Toilets were appalling and there were numerous staff members throughout too engrossed in catching up on the 'goss' with each other than actually providing an enjoyable experience.
Not returning anytime soon

I do my best to avoid watching a movie at Penrith Hoyts. They haven't kept up to date with their theatres & they are very slow to serve you when buying a ticket. Prices of Movies are way to high, however all Cinemas are the same. I would prefer to drive into Blacktown or Parramatta to watch a movie as their cinemas are cleaner, bigger, with better service and closer, cleaner toilets.

Let's face it - going to movies is expensive but sometimes you just cop it for the sake of an outing. They have removed the red-carpet which I found disappointing and the toilets are located downstairs which means you miss more of the movie if kids need to go during it. They should offer better deals, but I guess they are bound by the franchise.

Great cinema very clean and comfortable, customer service is sometimes slow. Great to take the kids when they have family discount tickets

Penrith Hoyts isnt as comfortable as newer theatres. It can cost a small fortune to take a family unless you are going on a promotion or using Hoyts money saver tickets. The snacks are expensive, but who can go without a choc top?

Never seem to have to wait very long in queues. Movie theatres always seem relatively clean. Dont go to the movies regulary- only when there is something in particular Im wanting to see.

Usually a good experience here, however rarely go because the cost of a movie plus nibblies and a drink tends to break the bank.

Approximate cost: $50.00
