We hired this for a party and were super impressed with it all.It was a fabulous night and the hot truck simply made the night even better.Food was divine and just wow. Loved it.

We used Hot Trucks for an on campus event for the Swinburne Uni students in March this year. They were able to serve freshly cooked pizza to 300 students in about an hour and a half.
The pizzas were hugely popular and the staff were friendly and lovely to work with.

Hot Trucks had a great set up and were very professional, had 3 staff to cook and serve and it all ran very smoothly.

Elio and I were extremely happy with the night. Thanks for your professional work ethic from the very beginning right up to the end of the night , it all made for a smooth and hassle free night. Our guests were very impressed and commented on how delicious the pizzas were . They were also impressed with the whole concept. You arrived and set up with no disruption. You provided hot delicious wood fired pizzas to a crowd who know their pizzas. Days afterwards we have been inundated with our guests raving about the pizzas and the variety of toppings, the gourmet pizzas were exceptional. The service was quick, efficient and friendly and could not be faulted. The boys who served noted the different guests dietary requirements and made sure they had plenty of pizzas to choose from. The gluten free pizzas were delicious.

At the end of the evening you would not even know anyone had been to our place catering, it was all cleaned up and no mess no fuss.

We were thrilled with the service provided. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you.

Absolutely fantastic! I hired HotTrucks for my husbands birthday June 2012 and can not tell you enough how pleased I was with the service and the quality of the food. Every single person, kids included, absolutely loved every single pizza served. The staff are beautifully presented, mannered and professional. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have their events catered for. I will be hiring them back in September for my daughters 1st birthday. Thank you Hot Trucks :)
