My British blue cat had two operations done at this vet clinic, in which his two hips were removed over the span of 4 weeks. This operation needed to take place because my cat had a rare condition in which his hips were displaced (called hip displacia) and the result of the two operations was exceptional. The staff was unbelievably kind, and supported me and my cat in every way possible. Shout out to Dr Kristi Green for her exceptional service and the rest of the staff for their kindness. I would also like to note that the prices at this clinic are cheap, and I would recommend their services to any pet owners.

I have been a client for over 20 years and the love and care of all my animals from these vets and their wonderful staff has always been amazing. They are true professionals and always listen and explain their first and foremost objective is the best care for your animals i really love these people and wouldn't entrust my animals to anybody else as my babies are my life and only the best will do for them thats the vets at Hoppers Crossing Vet Clinic.

We've been coming here for almost 7 years. The staff are always friendly, at one point we had a diabetic cat and were there quite often, and the staff were like extended family. The clinic is always, always spotless, they have specialty food on hand, and they have very accommodating business hours. The rates are probably average for the services, veterinary care isn't cheap anywhere, but it's worth every penny. TOP NOTCH care for our fur kids here; we wouldn't go anywhere else.

i was very happy with the service here ,we took my aunties cat there to be spayed and they were wonderful and took great care of her beloved pet...they were very knowledgeable and understanding ...highly recommend

I had an injured baby bird in my backyard and I found this vet clinic by searching the net for closest animal hospitals. The lady on the phone was very helpful and treated me with respect, I thought they might see an injured bird as something trivial but she gladly said they could take the bird in. Once we arrived at the clinic, I didn't have to wait long at all and the vet was very reassuring about the whole situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for minor to moderate emergencies and believe the staff are well equipped to handle many kinds of animals.

Fantastic staff and service, They were able to provide me with a wealth of information in regarding some health problems we were facing with our much loved dog. They helped us through the hard times. It's such a shame that we are unable to get our birds seen here. I highly recommend.

Quality has gone down, too angry to comment, the vet that I trusted had skeleton staff at Christmas eve closed for 4 days, recommend Werribee University Vet Clinic Princess Hwy who is part of the Emergency Dept open 24 x 7 all year around, probably a little more expensive but can rest in peace your animal is in safe and in expert hands. They take care of all our Werribee and Melbourne Zoo creatures

The vet was very caring with my 2 dogs and is one of the best vets i have been to. Was also very good on offering advice, such as our dogs diet and what foods we should be feeding them. Receptionist staff were also friendly and made us feel very welcome
