I joined my tour to Western Europe via Honey World Travel, and couldn't recommend more of their services. They specialise in overseas tours, and have chinese speaking tour guides which was well received within the travellers whom background is Chinese in Sydney. Whenever I have enquiries about my tours via phone calls or emails, they response promptly and provide as much information as I need. Their tour prices are also very competitive as well after comparing with other travel agents. I also joined a tour group going to Japan Hokkaido with them, however, the tour group didn't have enough people joining so the tour couldn't go ahead. I was quite disappointed, as we have put in our leaves etc already. But, Sandra, the owner of Honey World Travel, looked outside for alternatives, assisted us in booking a flight ticket to HK, and then joined us onto a HK tour group going to Japan (ran by a HK tour agent) departing from HK! They did not charge us extra. We were very happy with their service and will surely book all our overseas tours with them in the future.
