I contacted Ivan with an urgent building inspections as I did not fully understand that I only had 7 days to complete the Pre-Purchase Structural inspection and Pest Inspection.
Ivan walked me through the process, and with in 48 hours it was all done, I had the reports and a copy was sent to my Agent and I was with in the allocated time frame.
The report was thorougher, the service was professional and i would highly recommend Homewise Building Inspections (Ivan) to anyone needing this service

The process was seamless, I booked the inspection online, the booking was followed up by Ivan and the date and time was lock in, Ivan arrived early, completed thoroughly and professionally, with minimal disruption. I know this because i was present.
The report was promised in 24-48 hours, I received it that evening.
