Wanted to purchase some items from their specials catalogue but even though within the timeframe for the specials they had none in stock. When I asked the assistant whether 2 particular items were in stock I was advised "if they are not on display then we don't have them in stock", I had to ask when they could be expected and was advised should be in within the next 7-10 days. Needless to say after the specials finished, was not offered a rain check, was not offered to be contacted once goods arrived - totally disappointed, customer service was non existent
