This business unfortunately has the worst Head Office customer service. No Head Office contact details are given out but refunds have to come from Head Office. No one from Head Office will call you back. I’m still waiting for a refund, three weeks after they failed to get the lounge we ordered, after they told me it was available for collection and we therefore paid in full. After driving 3.5hrs for collection, Lounge was not as ordered, drove 3.5hrs home empty handed with now empty bank account.
