I placed an order on the 11th October 2013 for some items which was eligable for free delivery. I was phoned a couple of days later to be informed that the delivery was going to be $55 so I cancelled the order as I could the same product from another company delivered for $7.50. I assumed they would refund my purchase without having to be asked. A few weeks later no refund so I emailed them and they responded with a email saying it would be done that afternoon. 2 weeks later no refund so I sent them another email but no response. Another 2 weeks later I sent them another email but to this day 26/11/2013 still no response.
There lack of service is second to none.

Beware.. Very dodgy.
Pretty sure I wont see my money again
