My daughter and I made a day to get our nails done, we both got SNS, my daughters were on her original nails which took her a few months to grow and 2 days later 3 nails broke because the SNS was put on too thin, then when I called to ask what can be done about it the person on the other line said to come in the next day when the manager would be in and she can do it for free.. so my daughter went the next day only to be told that the manager isn’t in and that she’ll have to pay $15 to have her 3 nails redone
So I called up while my daughter was still in the salon only to have the person who answered the phone not being able to speak English apart from saying “$15 dollar, not my problem” then hanging up on me 3 times
My daughter left the salon extremely embarrassed as they were yelling at her telling her “Not Free, you have to pay” in front of other customers
This is extremely disappointing and utterly disgraceful customer service
I will never set foot in any holly wood nails salon nor will anyone else in my family
My nails were a shonky job too they have already cracked and look horrible around the cuticle areas

Rip off price for the worst pedi ever. I have my nails done regularly so I can tell you exactly how a pedicure has to be done. Well, the lady was skipping basic things and me telling her please do that. No apology on her part! I provided her with my own colour, a red, well she was going to apply it without base coat!!!! I had to tell her please apply it. otherwise my nails will get yellow after removal. Despite being my own colour she had difficulty putting the brush inside the bottle to get the liquid necessary to properly coat. She was not even nice, no customer service beyond getting my money. Totally disgraceful. Why are these people left to operate at all? At those prices!!! I would not return even if they did my nails for free. So bad they are. She doesn't give a damn, she wants to get my money without doing the job properly. I work to pay for my pedi you know, nobody gives me 40 bucks for free. Customer Affairs is what they should be getting.

Sadly I can not recommend this nail salon :(

I got a shellac manicure done here recently and it was possibly the worst nail job I've paid for.

After asking for a french shellac they said that they don't do it so I opted for a color. The manicure was really rushed and after inspecting my nails closely after leaving the store it wasn't quality work.

When I've had shellac in the past in lasted 2-3 weeks. The shellac I got at Hollywood nails only lasted 5 days before it started peeling and chipping.

Needless to say it was very disappointing and I won't be going back

I keep going back to these guys because they obviously know what they're doing with nails. I've been there for manicures and gel nails and I like that the job they do is consistently good. Good value for money too.
