I think Hog's breath is rather 50/50 for most people, I haven't had an overly bad experience though. I go here on occasion for dinner, I like the set out, the theme is very interesting. I can take my toddler which is a plus and the food is generally pretty good, a bit pricey though.

Never been realy happy with the food here. Steak has always been cooked over what i have asked for. Meal sizing isnt the biggest for the price. They are always busy yet the staff are always there when you need them. The staff are extreamly friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Food is nice. Could be bigger meals for the price and also take a while to come out. Although it is a nice atmosphere to eat in. I would recommend if you have more then 6 people to book a table as every time I have been it has been very busy. Also staff are very friendly

Great table service. Agree with everyone saying they are a bit pricey but a good place to go for occasions. They do a lunch menu which is $10 and this is defiantly good value. The curly fries are the best part.

I don't usually bother reviewing big businesses, but I had to get on and let people know just how amazing hbc is! Over the last year I've fast become a regular, I've tried writing what meal I would recommend but it's hard as i've pretty much tried everything on the menu and I've never found something I didn't like. The prices are a little bit pricey, but the quality is truly worth it, with 2 people our bill usually comes to a little over the $100 mark, that's with a starter to share, two mains, and 2 alcoholic drinks each (I recommend the sand in ya pants, and while the name of my favourite drink escapes me, it's the only one on the menu with blue caracuo and lemonade, delicious!) I also have to say that an employee name "Seacrest" is an absolute asset to this restaurant, I seem to get him every time we go in, and he's always polite and has a smile on, not often do I find a restaurant where time after time the service is great.

Very happy with these guys, conveniently located in Westfield on the car park end near Big W. They have a great week day special with kids and their meals are fun and enjoyable. Slightly rich but make for a good night out with the family or friends. Especially if you like quality steak or fancy chips, you have to try these guys.

Go with the family on a Monday night, kids eat free. Love the feel of the place and the steak and chips is great value.

I'm a foodie and LOVE dining out. I'm also willing to go back to a restaurant or cafe even when they disappoint me, once or twice.. or even three times. But I can't justify going back to Hogs Breath again. Over the last 18 months.. with the last 3 or 4 visits being consistently disappointing.. I'm afraid they don't get anymore chances. My list of complaints include: Waiting a long time to be served, cold coffee always.. hard to get staff attention when needed. I've had to send food back because it's been poorly cooked or of a poor standard in general. My teenager (who is less of a foodie) even implore's me to not give Hog's Breath any more chances because we keep being disappointed. Food is of poor quality. I had the manager come out to our table last time I sent back our steaks... because she wanted to know what the problem was. She admitted that they were the last two steaks they had.. and not up to their usual standard (they were sinewy.. and not melt in your mouth.. also not cooked as ordered as it happens). She replaced our meals with mediocre prawns.. and all up we spent 2 hours + on a disappointing dinner.
