Recently we visited this Restuarant, we had a family holiday and it was late it was the only place open to get a feed.

Its been a while since eating at Hog's Breath, and I was really hoping things had changed, but I was wrong.

I tried to order a chicken dish only to be told by staff that they were out of Chicken for the night.

I ordered a ceasur Salad and my goodness it was horrid, the eggs were very cold, the bacon was cold and tasted yuck, the salad just was unpleasant.

We ordered a brushetta for a starter and I was mortified on the apperance, being Italian it was a really bad to view what was in front of me on the plate, the tomotoes looked to be off and discoloured, almost like mould. The bread was about the only thing we could eat.

The kids meals were not great either.

My husband ordered a meat dish and the meat was really over cooked, like stale/hard and tasteless, my husband even said if the dish had been microwaved?

Service was hard to get, they kept walking passed but not stopping.

Really a bad start to our holiday.

great food and service. not on the cheapest side of things for the meals. but they do taste delicious and you can ask them to leave things out ect. so that's aplus to things very polite people

Everytime I have visited this restaurant both the service and meals have been great. The food has been cooked to my liking and the staff have always been friendly and quick to serve. The bar is great too - u can choose from beer, wines, cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as soft drinks and they serve coffees too.

Great for the meat lover. Not the cheapest but very filling....good size meals. service is first grade. Meals came quickly and my medium steak was perfect and tender. Restaurant has good location with plenty of parking. Restaurant was very busy (not always to my liking) but did asure me the ingredients were nice and fresh. If you are hungry and chasing a hearty meal a good place to consider. Plenty on the menu but obviosly would not recomend for vegitarians. Is licenced with good size bar so getting a nice cold beer is no problem

Always great service and the meals are cooked to perfection. Serving sizes have reduced over the years. Staff are always friendly and efficient, taking orders within a reasonable time and checking your meal is cooked to satisfaction. Great bar service, with beer, wines, and cocktails as well as soft drinks and coffee's. Some great specials. Some delicious deserts... mmm
