Service is generally ok, can be difficult to find someone that is available. I have found when I've asked about certain products, there has been no one on staff that is able to help, they generally take my details to call me back, but this rarely happens. They will order items in for you, but again you rarely get a call. The one time I did get a call - the item that I was told had been put away for me, actually wasn't there! Prices can be expensive, but sometimes easier than going into Wollongong. They also offer classes which is extremely hard to find around here.
