Hinchy supplied and installed 2 x Fujitsu split system A/C units to our home.
Not long after installation, it was found that the gas leaked out of one of the units (new gas, new system, new technology).
To Hinchy's credit, he worked through solving this problem, he came back in person and replaced the faulty A/C unit with a brand new Samsung unit.

I rang Alan and asked for a guestimate which he gave me over the phone. He was able to come and confirm the quote the next day and, once I had accepted his quote, he was able to come back and actually install our air conditioner that day.
He worked fast and professionally and did a great job for a great price. Couldn't be happier.
Am having him come back next week to service our other air conditioners.
