Really good food and the service was also good. The price was also average and the food was so tasty and delicious.

This restaurant had absolutely no atmosphere. We ate here with friends (we all love Indian, and hot/spicy food) however, this restaurant lacked originality. For entrees we had the Tandoori Tikka, which was ok, followed by mains of Sizzling Garlic Prawns that came in too much creamy sauce, lamb Korma, which wasn't very interesting, however the Goat Karahi was REALLY nice! Our side salad was Tomato and Onion - expecting a traditional Indian salad, this was just sliced tomatoes and onion - a waste of money. Won't be going back :-(

I walk past this restaurant everyday, and I have to agree that even from the outside peering in the restaurant seems lifeless and unappealing. Unfortunately, that coupled with the fact the staff do not even look happy to be there, has made me decide not to bother trying Himalaya out.

JMS1984, I begrudge spending money on average food! I cook 5 nights out of 7, so when I eat out, I don't expect the world, but I do expect pride in what is presented to me! Cheers!

Went for dinner last night and was happy with the food. We ordered lamb briyani which was really tasty with prawn curry and chicken vindaloo. Vindaloo was bit hot for my taste but i loved chicken keema Naan.

Approximate cost: $20

We went to this place yesterday and ordered papdi chat for entree. The chat wasn't nice and too sweet for the taste.
Main was lamb curry which was nice but chicken biryani was bit dry.
Serving quantity was fine. Will be more careful about entrée next time.

Approximate cost: $20

I had the best biryani in sydney from here. Their food is very nice, though the restaurant is a bit small. They catered for my son's first birthday party and all the people liked the food very much.

I love the Chicken Tanduri and Nan Ruti of this Restaurant. If you take one Chicken Tanduri it is enough for four people to eat. It will take only $28. The taste is great. Excellent customer service.
