Do not stay here on a Friday or Saturday night as the music from the nightclub downstairs is incredibly loud and does not finish until 4am the following day!
As to how this hotel can be considered 5 star when it is almost impossible to sleep there 2 nights a week is beyond me, buyer beware!
This is easily the best hotel in the heart of Surfers Paradise. It's rated 5 star and it definatly lives up to that rating. The rooms are stylish, very clean and roomy. We have stayed 3 times and it's so worth the extra for a ocean view because you get the bonus of a Cavill Mall view at the same time. The pool area is amazing, there is a kids pool aswell. We love ordering cocktails from the pool bar and in summer they having pool attendants that come around offering you sunscreen or a spray of evian water for refreshing! It's just so glamorous! The only pitfall is that you have to pay for parking which I feel should be including in the cost of the room.

i took a friend inside to have a look around and was very dissapointed ,it was small and dull with nothing special to look at,with such a big name i would have thought it would look nicer,there food area looked lovely though
