i have umpteen HP devices, at home and in my offices, always been reasonably happy until something went wrong.
no customer service at all, I have even contacted the CEO with no response at all, I will never buy from this company again, if the CEO wont answer letters or emails what chances do we have with the rest of the company.

HP does a range of products from Laptops/Computers/Printers/Inks etc all are really good quality
My friend has a printer wont buy any thing else
The inks are a little more expensive than others like Cannon etc but if that doesnt bother you than thats ok
They do really good laptops as well
Although computer people say that most have the same parts in them its about what service you get offered if you have problems and a lot of them dont want to know you after you get it
Review are always good as people have brought it and can say if its good or not if theres 20 people saying that a brand is bad for the same reason well you can make your own mind up and you also put in an amount you want to spend and read the reviews on those ones and write down the model numbers and ask when you go in which one they reccomend is best for your needs
Also places like Dick Smith often have deals like 30% of laptops/computers so for 500 - 700 you will get a really good one
You can ask heaps of questions as well while your in there you get heaps of good advice and that way you will get what you want for your needs
