This used to be my hairdresser of choice in Rowville. My whole family went there, including my kids, despite them being on the pricey side. Unfortunately, a few staff changed so we didn't get as personal touch as we were used to. We started to have to wait longer, then one day a couple of months ago, one of the hairdressers was very rude to my 16 year old son. And that was the last time any of us went there.

Approximate cost: $Expensive

I go to Hennesey Lane every 6 weeks for a cut and colour and have never had a problem. Mel is fantastic and she really looks after you. I would recommend Hennesey lane although bare in mind they are a little on the pricey side.

Approximate cost: $170

i went there after i had tips done to my brown hair that turned orange..i asked the assistant names Amy to dye over it and add natural looking highlights to my hair. I had a picture with me and it was possible to achieve the color I wanted. Instead she suggested a "TONER" to my hair. I knew this was not what I wanted but she guaranteed I was able to achieve the same hair as the picture. All the girls there were out the back the whole time talking and gossiping and after an hour with the toner on my head (or semi permanant colour) she washed it out to reveal my orange blonde foils had turned this brassy horrible reddish colour i cant even describe how hideous it looked!! She then blowwaved my hair in a horrible way i was so embarrased i just paid her the ridiculous amount of money $95 or so and left in embarrasment hiding my head from the world got my brother to go to safeway for me to buy a $10 brown hair dye and fix it myself! awful! will never go back again

Approximate cost: $95 for a toner!!!
