We got a great deal from an online discount site for 3 visits for $12-13 a snack and drink are included in the entry price.
This is a huge play centre with lots of different areas for all different ages. There is a jumping castle as well as a huge inflatable slide. 2x ball pits (one for younger children and one in the older kids section) an under 1 area fenced off, lots of ride on toys, swings and slides spread around the place and a water filled bladder.
My nearly 3 year old didn't stop moving the whole time we were there. So much to see and do and no time for a rest.
Unfortunatly lack of parental supervision lets this place down. Older children were constantly in the under 3's section (ball pit in particular) and I saw a number of smaller toddlers knocked over by running children or pushed from ride on toys. I followed my daughter from each section and ensured she was behaving and safe. Due to the size of the play area you can not sit and watch from the café area. This isn't necessarily a bad thing if your willing to supervise but it seems to be used by many parents who are not willing to do so.
We would definitely return despite the above, as it is no fault of the centre. These things come with attending such a huge play centre.

Great play centre - I went with my mothers group and despite my little one being to small to use the playground itself, I paid $3.50 for entry and this was then redeemable for a free beverage (water, coffee, etc). The size and variety of this place is pretty great, and good value from what I can tell! Only complaint was that the aircon isn't great, so I can only imagine how hot it is in Summer when it's full of kids! Apparently this is something they are working on though.

What a fantastic place! My 2 year old and her play group friend had the best time! We got a Scoopon deal for $4.50 and it was great value. All day visit ( they lasted 3 hours before nap time!) including a snack and a drink. Adults pay $3.50 which gets you a coffee....and you get to have fun too!
Very clean and lots for the kids to play on in various age groups.

The biggest play centre I've seen - and they've still got plenty of room to grow!

Yes they only have one or two staff member around at a time but it should be the parents responsibility to supervise their own children - just like any park/playground/centre - it's not a childcare

My one criticism is they should offer a cheaper entry if you don't want to have lunch included.. eg. Kids are $8/$10 which includes a sandwich and drink. Parents are $3.50 each which includes a coffee. That's all fine if you want that stuff, otherwise it adds up for families..

Anyway, I'd recommend

What a wonderful hidden gem. Kids under 1 free parents 3.50 but this includes a coffee/ juice. Very spacious kids play area, great to catch up with other mothers and babies / toddlers have heaps of room to play and explore in a safe environment, older kids have a separate area too. Very impressed I'm sure we will return soon great value

I don't think I will visit this play centre again.
The carpark upstairs for starters is dirty, no signage so I didn't even know if I was at the right place.
Inside, the place is huge and that's great for the kids.
I did not see one staff member checking the area, checking on the kids and the cafe was unmanned! I stood in front of the counter for about 10 minutes! Nobody around to clear tables. The place was dirty. Very disappointed. If they want repeat business, they are going to have to do a whole lot better than that.

Thanks for that. My kids are too old for them now but they always seemed to be a bit suss.

We visited this new indoor play centre after buying some vouchers for it from an online deal website which was excellent value and from what I saw of their regular prices it's not that expensive usually anyway. There is a huge variety of play equipment for the kids to play with including 3 big slides that land the kids into a ball pit, a very cool enclosed trampoline, ball cannon shooters, inflatable slides and jumping castles just to name a few. Another big bonus is that they have a gated off area for children 12 months and under which is very handy as often babies this young miss out because it's too dangerous for them with toddlers and older kids running around. I also noticed they have themed party rooms which would be very cool for kid's parties. The downfalls is the outside enviroment of the centre, we parked in the undercover carpark and had to walk through a very dirty and smelly hallway to get there where there was bird poo everywhere. The other pitfall is that there is pretty much no service there, there is noone making sure everything is in order and safe in the play area and no staff really seemed all that friendly of helpful. One last tip is if you have kids not at school yet definitely visit during a week day as weekends can get crazy in there.

My kids loved this place, the play area is huge and lots of fun. We spent a couple of hours there and they didn't get bored - just tired! The play space is really one of the best I've seen and it is comparatively inexpensive. There is also heaps of parking available. The atmosphere isn't that great though, the building is a bit big and empty and weirdly the toilet/baby change area is for mums only - apparently the male toilets are somewhere on another level. Not so great for solo dads. We will be going back here though just for the great play experience and hopefully over time the rest will improve.

I agree the completely is really badly run down and I had no idea about the male toilets, it seems a bit rediculous.

Hello Play is a new indoor play centre for children in Coorparoo and anyone who lives on the southside of Brisbane will know there is not alot of indoor play options for kids around so I was really happy to see this place open up. Being in the old Myer building the building itself is really old and dirty but the new area they have created on the bottom level is fresh, new and huge! There is seriously so much play area and so many things for the kids to play with it's fantastic, there are even seperate areas for toddlers and babies. The pitfalls of the place are the food is not really that great and the cuppacino I ordered was pretty bad. The place seems to be run by one pretty grumpy looking lady out the front who I actually saw yelling at a group of girls to make up their mind if they were staying in or coming out which I thought was out of line. One final note is that I took my kids during school holidays which was a HUGE mistake, far too many kids and alot of older boys just playing way too roughly for some of the smaller kids, especially as noone is watching what is going on in there.

Thanks for your review. I never knew about this place and it sounds great. I must take my kids soon.
