Helen is amazing! Our 3 dogs warmed to her from the moment they met! She stayed at our home for 5 nights over Christmas, and we were able to go away on a stress free holiday, knowing that our dogs were happy and in safe hands. Helen is fantasic, reliable, friendly and proffessional even my most 'aloof' cat came and introduced himself straight away and took to her instantly.Our dogs love her too a great way to be able to go away if unable to take your furry friends and leave them in there own enviroment guilt free without putting them in cat/dog prison! Helen is a great find. She is extremely thorough and professional. We have avoided any travel for the past few years as we did not want to leave our boys (a Lab and a German Shepherd). Our neighbour recommended Helen so we did a short 2 night trip and all went so well that we are now off on a 9 night trip overseas knowing that the boys will be happy and safe in our home. Outstanding Care Of Sick Cat While We Were Interstate: Helen provided a 100% professional, reliable and complete range of service. Helen nursed our cat back to health while we were interstate for three days. Our cat required various medication three times a day. He had to stay inside and be monitored in case of complications. Helen did three home visits each day in order to maintain a familiar environment so our cat would not fret. She took care of a complicated medicine regime, and also looked after his food & personal care (kitty litter etc). Helen provided extra special service because she spent time petting and playing with our cat. She also kept us fully updated on his status so we had total peace of mind. Ginger is all better thanks to Helen.
