5 reviews about Hector's Fish & Chips

Was a little off put by a fish & chips joint that also does asian noodles, but late one night with a craving it was the only place for fish & chips still open. Well it was fantastic fish & chips, and incredibly cheap. Have eaten from here a few times since, and all has been good. The chips are very very crispy, which certainly beats soggy!

Walked into Hectors, smelt AMAZING. Very clean, very helpful, good value.
The fish & chips weren't too greasy, very tasty. You could tell it was fresh.
We fed 2 adults & 2 small children for under $20!

The name is misleading as Hectors has a great chicken pad thai as well as awesome fish and chips. Its a basic place but it is clean and the staff are friendly and chatty.

Best fish & chip shop in Richmond. Burgers are great & chips are nice & crispy. The calamari, although could be bigger, was fresh & comes with free tartare sauce which is rare these days. Haven't had the noodles. One of the ladies behind the counter can be a bit rude at times.

Approximate cost: $7.50

Hectors is the only 'traditional' type fish in chips in Richmond that is worth mentioning. I normally go for the burger which is good but the fish is good too. They also serve wok noodles.
They don't always get your order correct over the phone

Approximate cost: $6
