I have always been very anxious about the dentist, and avoided going, however I finally booked to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth out after being assured by Dr Hetal Patel that I would be ok to have them out in the chair, I booked it and I couldn't be happier!
Dr Hetal is amazing, I was back at work the next day, with minimal pain, and no swelling. I cant speak highly enough of my experience, and would recommend them to anyone!

I had to have my wisdom teeth assessed as they were giving me some trouble. From the moment I called the clinic, they were extremely helpful and patient. They provided me with all the information I required. Given the fear around wisdom teeth removal, I was very anxious, however Dr Hetal Petal was very reassuring. I really enjoyed his approach and nature. I expected to have to take a week of work and have swelling, however I was pleasantly surprised that I did not even have any swelling the next day. I am not sure if this is because my extractions were not too complicated, however I think it would have a lot to do with the care and patience taken by Dr Petal. It was also very nice after the extraction that the receptionists called me to check if everything was okay. So I would definitely recommend Healthy Smiles.

Dr Patel was extremely gentle when removing my wisdom tooth. He kept me well informed of the procedure and continually asked how I was feeling. The procedure was quick and painless. I recommend Dr Patel's services.

As a serial dentist avoider, this dental practice has been fantastic, in fact I would go so far to say that my childhood phobia is now cured! Rahul in particular has been amazingly empathetic, understanding and gentle in his treatment. This has included several fillings and 5 extractions, including wisdom teeth. So not for the feint hearted.

All of the staff are kind and courteous, with regular follow up calls to see how I am following procedures.

I travel an hour to get there and back and I will continue to do so due to the exceptional level of service I have experienced.

These guys overall rate 5 stars in all categories. Hetal in particular is the best dentist I have ever had in my 51 years, and I have always shopped around to find good dentists. Recently I had a chipped tooth that was ultra sensitive, he fitted me in on a busy Monday morning and sorted the problem there and then. Whenever he works on my teeth, I don't feel the needle when he applies the injection to numb everything, how does he do that? The work is always done quickly and painlessly, everything explained clearly and no unnecessary work is ever done.
For anyone who has ever had a bad dental experience and is frightened of the dentist, this guy is the cure - I cannot recommend him highly enough.
A last word on the rest of the staff, all very friendly and professional, and after my chipped tooth I got a follow up call to make sure everything was alright.
