Saved $15/ month off family policy that doesn't sound a lot but the increase in benefits is vastly better. The advisor was great and we'd consider it as. excellent advice.

Great service, easy to deal with. The inital call was polite and then the person I dealt with was knowledgable and helpful. They found me a great quote - better cover at a cheaper price.
We had been thinking about changing our very old policy over for a while but found the info on the internet very confusing - Chris Stanley helped me out with that in a matter of minutes and gave a great quote arranging all the other transfers from the old health fund to the new one etc. Easy!
I "hoped'' online thinking it would be easy to compare health insurance covers when I realised it wont be easy! we accepted a policy on the basis that we could claim emergency admission for our todder, a claim that we doubly checked and assured again by the telesales person. We come to claim and find out that this is not covered. Tell_lies_sales clearly say what they want to sell the policy. Have requested a copy of the verbal recording, still waiting.........
