I never write bad reviews but it was probably the worst salon I’ve been to. I felt like everyone was just rushing around and overheard the staff talking about customers complaining as they had to wait such a long time. My colourist then left to deal with another client. The colour was not what I wanted as I showed her that many photos. She also kept being so rough and pulling on my hair then just left the colour go everywhere on the cape including my brand new shirt which bleached it... I got home and felt like my hair just had streaky brown bits everywhere. I was so disappointed as I was recommended to come here by a friend... sorry but I’m definitely not coming back after paying $390 for something that wasn’t what I wanted.

To whom it may concern last year my sister booked in to get half head of foils and a cut at Head Studio Perth City when my sister was getting her hair cut, Amy had hacked my sisters hair and didn't receive the right colour and foils that she had asked for, it was really sad and horrible what my sister has been through with the salon and very disappointing,upsetting and embarrassing and was wondering if there is anything that can be done about this. I went to Head Studio after reading some very positive reviews online, my girlfriend is an at home hairdressers but had been away so I decided to take the plunge and use someone else. I had long hair and knew it needed a "good cut". Being school holidays I took my 8 year old daughter in with me whichever as fine, she sat in a comfy chair toward the back whilst I was having my hair cut.
I met Amanda and was blown away (not by the dreadlocks) haha. Amanda knew her stuff, I felt completely at ease with her although I felt like a fraud surrounded by these "cool kids" while I'm a stay at home mum, she listened to me and offered me her ideas and showed me some pics of what she was talking about on the ipad. Can't rate her highly enough, she's the bomb, just fab!!

Since they changed hands over a year ago Head Office incorrectly coloured my hair 3 out of 4 times. They charged me a premium price each time while only providing substandard service. I gave them multiple opportuinties to recify this as I had been a loyal customer for over 5yrs but was never once offered a refund or discount. All that was done was to make me return to allow them to try and fix their mistakes.
I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU SHOULD TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HAIR

Fantastic. Ashley's my colourist and Shane my hairdresser! There both great, been coming there for 2 years and can't complain about anything. Salon is beautiful, the coffee is better than some cafes and the overall experience is very relaxing. I definitely recommend you try this salon.

Amazing!! Finally a salon that gets it!! By far the best experience I have ever had at a hairdresser. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was great having a consultation with the colourist and the stylist before we did anything. The ambience was beautiful, the coffee delightful, the service impeccable and my overall colour and cut was better than anything I have ever had. I just love this place and hope that everyone else get's to experience what I received.

Nice hair cuts and relatively cheaps comparing to other businesses surround the area. Very nice and friendly staff makes us feel comfortable and wanting to cut more and more. Beautiful salon and huge space that gives people more room to breath and relax
