I completed the Intensive BSB51315 Diploma in WHS held at Nundah, an inner city suburb of Brisbane. I was so impressed, was an amazing Learning experience and surpassed all of my expectations. Our facilitator made the experience so much more valuable and was absolutely amazing with her knowledge in Safety, huge credit to Carmen Yates from HBA Learning Centre's.

I have recently completed the intensive delivery of a Diploma of Quality Auditing. HBA provides a great service that supports students throughout the entirety of the course. Being a WHS professional in the oil and gas sector for a number of years it is pleasing to attend a course where the in-class facilitation is of the highest standard and is very professional. I would highly recommend this course and HBA to anyone looking to begin or further their career.

I recently attend the five day intensive course for the Double Diploma of VET and Training Design and Development in Melbourne. The five days are intensive with a lot of content covered, however the order and pace of the training delivery made it effective and efficient. My facilitator Dom, was extremely knowledgeable with years of industry experience to draw on, with real life examples enabling me to cement my learning. In fact, everyone I encountered at HBA from my initial phone inquiry to actually attending the training were friendly and so helpful. Thanks HBA for assisting me to increase my skills and knowledge in this profession.

It was an excellent course for TAE40110 certificate IV in training and assessing which I attended in Darwin 28/9/2015- 2/10/2015.
Carmen Yates was the trainer and her skills were excellent and her availability to learners went beyond the call of duty.

I have used HBA learning twice now and have received a diploma and a Certificate IV successfully! The most recent training of completion was TAE40110 Training and Assessment Intensive delivery, 5 day course. If I were to complete this via correspondence there would be no way I would have received my certificate. The instructor was so concise and helpful throughout the 5 day delivery. Customer service has always been quick to respond and helpful.
